My love for home started early. As a kid, I rearranged my bedroom furniture every few months just to see how different a room could feel. That curiosity never left — it just grew up with me. Today it shows up as weekend DIY projects, a garden that teaches me patience every season, and a house that is slowly, room by room, becoming the cozy, welcoming place I always dreamed of.

I started Floriva Home to share that journey. What began as a personal habit — saving ideas, testing little projects, learning what actually works — grew into this blog: a place for the ideas I collect and the lessons I learn along the way.

How I Work

Everything I share starts in my own home. I test paint colors on my own walls before I recommend them. I try the organization hack, live with it for a few weeks, and only write about it if it survives real life. And when a project flops — some do — I’ll tell you that too. I’d rather be honest about what works and what doesn’t than pretend everything is effortless.

Some posts are inspired by research and ideas I gather from around the web. Others come straight from my own projects and experiments. If I ever get something wrong, or you think a post could be better, tell me — I read every message, and I want this site to be genuinely helpful.
